Bowenwork Prairie Gove

Feel like yourself again.

Rest. Restore. Renew.

What is Bowenwork?

Bowenwork is a method of gentle "moves" placed at precise locations on the body.  These small inputs start to stimulate the body to heal itself.  The Bowenwork technique often gives the clients profound benefits with very little effort from the practitioner.

This technique is considered to have a holistic (whole body) approach. For example the classic story of "All I did was pick up a sock and I haven't been able to walk for a week." One might "work" on that one area of pain.  But with a holistic approach, you may find that the pain in your back may be due to something other than your back.  Therefore, a whole body treatment would actually locate the root of the issue.

My story

I was a skeptic at first. Until, I was crawling on my hands and knees to the bathroom because I couldn't stand due to the intense back pain I was experiencing.  I had spent thousands of dollars at chiropractors and medical doctors over the course of 3 years with no resolve.

My good friend said "Hey, I promise you that I know a guy.  A guy that can fix you up and make your back pain go away"  Of course, again I was skeptic and broke.  She offered to pay for the session so I would go. After that 1st session, I felt great. I could even get in my car and drive myself. After the 2nd session, I was working in my garden again.  I am not a person to believe smoke and mirrors and believe me this was not. My back has been pain free for over 4 years and I only had 3 Bowen sessions.

I believed in Bowenwork so much that I knew that I had to learn it so that I could help others!
