  I was injured in a car accident at the age of 16 where I had to have my ankle reconstructed.  After several years of living with the pain in my ankle, I found Bowenwork therapy. After one session, I could see great improvement in the pain and stiffness in my ankle that had plagued me since the car incident. Now after several Bowen sessions, I am able to work a full shift at work and not have pain or stiffness at night or in the morning when I wake up.  I recommend Bowen to anyone!! -RD
